Elijah Noel, Jr. has practiced law for more than 40 years. He partners with his clients to achieve desired results in a cost-effective and efficient manner. His substantial experience paired with his practical and strategic approach is highly valued by those he represents.

Currently, Elijah’s practice is focused on advice and litigation regarding employment law, banking law, property tax law, and medical negligence. Additionally, he has served as an appointed Delinquent Tax Attorney for Shelby County since 1995. In this role, he handles tax sales for delinquent property taxes and serves as lead counsel on behalf of the local governmental entities in bankruptcy court where property taxes are at issue.

Elijah is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is admitted before the United Sates Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit United States Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and all other Tennessee state courts.
