JAMES R. GARTS, JR., concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. His cases have included matters involving antitrust, product Liability, admiralty, civil rights, RICO, personal injury, medical and legal malpractice and general business litigation.

A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Garts is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and guest lecturer at the University of Memphis. He is a member of the Memphis (Board of Directors 1989-1990 and 2001-2002) and Tennessee Bar Associations and the Memphis Lawyers Journal Club.
