NEAL GRAHAM concentrates his legal practice in the areas of taxation (federal and state), healthcare, non-profit entities and corporate finance. Mr. Graham's tax practice consists of federal and state tax planning for various types of entities, primarily C corporations, S corporations and partnerships. His healthcare experience includes counseling hospitals, physician practice groups and other health care organizations concerning business formation, financing and regulatory compliance issues. His corporate finance experience includes various private and public debt and equity transactions in the capacity as either counsel to the issuer/borrower or the underwriter/placement agent. Mr. Graham has also assisted in the structuring and closing of various types of real estate finance transactions. In addition to providing counseling for non-profit healthcare organizations, Mr. Graham has also served as outside corporate counsel for various other types of non-profit organizations and is a frequent lecturer on legal topics concerning taxation, healthcare, non-profit entities, corporate finance and real estate finance. Mr. Graham periodically serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Mississippi School of Accountancy. He is a member of the Tennessee, Mississippi, Texas and American Bar Associations (Taxation Section).
