HARRIS, SHELTON ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES

MEMPHIS -- The Memphis-based law firm of Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC, today announced that Philip G. Kaminsky and Allison T. Gilbert have joined the firm.
 
Kaminsky, who concentrates his practice in all areas of commercial and industrial real estate, will serve as Of Counsel to Harris Shelton. He is well known in the real estate community, having served as counsel to the Memphis & Shelby County Industrial Development Board in his capacity as an Assistant County Attorney. Kaminsky earned both his law and undergraduate degrees from Vanderbilt University.

Gilbert, who concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing for commercial properties, earned her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis and her B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee. She will serve as an Associate at Harris Shelton.
