Edward McKenney, Jr. has significant experience with civil trials in both state and federal courts. He concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, employment law defense, business litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, contract disputes, and education law. Some examples of his representative work are included below.

Edward has been with Harris Shelton since 1979 and currently serves as the Bartlett City Attorney. He previously worked as an attorney for Memphis Area Legal Services.

A Memphis native, Edward is heavily involved in the community. He was the charter president of the Northeast Shelby County Rotary Club, as well as a member of the board of directors for the American Heart Association Memphis Branch, United Cerebral Palsy of the Mid-South, Northeast Community Mental Health Center, and the Memphis Jaycees.
